Rate Information:

Repair Rate is $40 /hr - or "by the job" - depending upon the work required.

Travel Rate for on-site work and for pickup / delivery is 75 cents per mile, round trip.

Virus Removal is a special circumstance. For Virus Removal done at my bench, my rate is $40/hr, and many viruses can be removed in the first hour.

• But - some viruses can take well over 2 hours to "weed out" of your machine, so I "cap" Virus Removal at $80. Any time I spend beyond that is "on the house"!

Phone Support is free. I will discuss your problem with you, and if I can give you simple instructions on how to fix it, I will do so free of charge.

• If your problem does not lend itself to simple instructions, we can go from there. If it is not in my area of expertise, I will try to direct you to someone who can help.
