Rate Information:

Repair Rate is $50 /hr - or by the job - depending upon the work required.

Travel Rate / House Calls I make house calls, and charge half of my hourly rate for travel (time) outside of the Eureka area.

Virus Removal is a special circumstance. It is best done at my shop in order to allow me to keep your cost down. As a general rule, if your pc is in my shop, I won't charge for over 3 hours, no matter how long the job takes me, without first discussing available options with you.
